Lists on POTLOCK: Curate and Fund Collections of Projects

A List groups projects (e.g. "Climate Change Mitigation"). Admins manage. Lists can be eligibility for rounds or direct donations. Base fee 300 Tgas; deposit 0.021 NEAR × accounts (e.g. 5 = 0.105 NEAR). See create-list, edit-list, apply-to-list, donate-to-list at docs.potlock.org.
