How to Create a Challenge on POTLOCK

When the challenge period is active: go to pot page, click "Challenge Payouts," attach challenges and evidence (on-chain preferred). Bring new challenges to POTLOCK community chat so chef can address. If chef accepts, they provide an action plan; if rejected, no effect. After cooldown and all challenges addressed, chef can update results or initiate payouts. In Payouts tab, see challenges dropdown. Chefs can flag donors, omit projects, toggle amounts; any change goes through another payout period.
